Our Office Comfort and convenience are the hallmarks of Hill Country Dental Center's office operations. To ensure your convenience, below is the information you need about our hours, location, appointment scheduling, insurance acceptance and billing.

Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional dental insurance plans. Contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Hill Country Dental Center does not participate in Health Management Organizations (HMOs); however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you.

We accept checks, cash or major credit cards. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as your plan allows you to choose your own dentist..

Payment Options
At Hill Country Dental Center, we accept assignment of your insurance benefits, if applicable. The estimated patient portion is expected at the time of service. We do our best to understand the benefits that are available to you under your insurance plan, but because each plan is different, we urge you to become familiar with your own insurance plan as well.

Please be aware that the doctors use only resin (white) fillings on posterior (back molar) teeth, rather than amalgam (mercury). However, some insurance companies do not cover resin fillings on posterior teeth. If your fillings are down-coded to an amalgam filling, you will be responsible for the difference in fees.

Discounts are extended to non-insurance patients when payments are made in-full at the time of services rendered. We also offer some in-house payment options, as well as CareCredit.
