Dr. Constantine Malouf

Dr. Constantine “Tino” Malouf is from the panhandle of Texas, growing up in Hereford, Tx. He completed his Bachelor’s of Science at Texas Tech University as a Red Raider. Upon receiving an early acceptance to the University of Texas Dental School, he moved to Houston where he completed the program in 1999. He opened and owned his office in Houston where he worked as a successful solo practitioner for 8 years. At that time, he decided that a smaller community in the Texas Hill Country would be his ideal fit for continuing his dental career. He and his wife found Boerne in 2008 and decided it was the right place for them to partner in another office and call the Hill Country Dental office and the Boerne community home.

Dr. James Riley

Dr. Riley grew up in Houston, Tx before moving to Ft Worth for an education at Texas Christian University, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1985. He returned to Houston for Dental school and finished his dental degree at the University of Texas Dental Branch. He opened his first practice in Galveston, Tx where worked for 20 years as a practice owner. He and his wife relocated to the San Antonio area so he could be near to his ranch in Kerrville. He loves ranching, golfing and karate and has a passion for hunting and fishing, even supporting the Ducks Unlimited and Ducks Unlimited de Mexico.

Dr. Margarita Garcia

Dr. Margarita Garcia was born in Monterrey, Mexico and she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from UANL School of Dentistry in 1999. She then went on and graduated from IDEP Program at UTHSCSA in 2022.

Dr. Garcia always knew that she wanted to be a health professional and was inspired by her family’s dentist, whom she later shadowed. The time she spent at the practice had a great impact on her life and she was able to appreciate the doctor-patient relationship from a closer perspective. Dr. Garcia is excited to build new relationships with her patients at Hill Country Dental Center!

Outside of the office, Dr. Garcia enjoys spending time with her friends in and out of town – she treasures each of her friendships like precious gems. She also enjoys eating and cooking all kinds of foods, attending Mass, traveling, classic ballet dancing, singing, playing guitar, and drawing.
